TwitchCon Rotterdam 2026
Environmental Signage Production

TwitchCon Rotterdam marked the debut of Twitchcon's new visual identity - a full creative reset following the platform's 10th anniversary campaign. With a streamer photo shoot cut from the budget, the visual system needed to carry the event on its own. Our job was to make sure it did.

As producer, I led the end-to-end signage production for Rotterdam Ahoy, applying the new vizID across the full event environment ahead of 20,000 attendees over two days.

What I owned:

  • Budget and timeline management in direct partnership with Twitch's internal producer

  • Design review cycles across a small in-house team, ensuring feedback was addressed at every stage

  • QA coordination with a specialist print analyst to validate files against venue and vendor specs before anything went to production

The vizID launched without issues. Everything printed clean, installed on schedule, and landed exactly as designed. The system performed well enough that it's now being carried forward to TwitchCon San Diego in November 2026.
