Client: Sargento | Role: Producer

Sargento was bringing a new product to market and needed a full asset library to support the launch — animated video content and e-commerce statics that could live across retail and social.

As producer, I owned the entire pipeline.

What I owned:

• Sourced and bid out the production house, managing the selection process end to end

• Led pre-production including location scouting and shoot logistics

• Traveled on-site to oversee the shoot and ensure delivery against creative direction

• Managed post-production for both the animated video and e-commerce static assets, including retouching

The result was a complete launch-ready asset package delivered on time and on budget.
