BelVita needed more than a campaign — they needed a visual system. The goal was a cohesive shoot that would generate both immediate assets and a reusable evergreen library for e-commerce and social.

As producer, I owned the full production pipeline from scout to delivery.

What I owned:

• Location and talent scouting, plus talent contracting and payment

• Full pre-production planning and client alignment

• Live client communication on shoot day, managing feedback and approvals in real time

• Post-production supervision including retouching and final asset delivery

• Curated selects process with client to build out the evergreen library

The resulting asset library gave BelVita a flexible, on-brand content system they could deploy across channels without returning to production.
